Baileys Harbor Brown Trout Tournament

Joe Fischer from Hatley Wis., with his first-place winning 21.14-pound brown trout in the 27th annual Baileys Harbor Brown Trout Tournament, held April 23 – 26. Fischer says it has taken him 10 years to finally win first place. In the past he two had two second-place finishes and a fourth place.
