Base Camp Opens Dec. 17 for Small Forest Christmas Show

Small Forest will hold their annual Base Camp Christmas Show Dec. 17 at 7 pm. Joining Jeanne Kuhns, Marybeth Mattson and Patrick Palmer of Small Forest is special guest George Sawyn. They will perform their favorite Christmas songs, including originals, sing-alongs and traditional and contemporary carols. Songs include “The Huron Carol,” an arrangement of “I Heard The Bells,” “The Grinch,” David Bowie’s and Bing Crosby’s version of “Peace On Earth” and “Little Drummer Boy,” Jeanne Kuhns’ “Mary’s Lullaby,” and Tom Petty’s “It’s Christmas Time Again.” The concert will be full of sounds of the season and good will.

Kuhns has been performing a Christmas show at Base Camp for nine years, first with Lost Mothra and now with Small Forest.

No reservations needed. Base Camp is opening special for this show. Base Camp is located at 10904 Hwy 42, Sister Bay. A $10 donation will be accepted but it’s not required for admission.
