Baumann Joins DCEDC Staff

The Door County Economic Development Corporation (DCEDC) in collaboration with the Ahnapee Regional Youth Apprenticeship Consortium (ARYAC) has hired Lauren Baumann as the newest Door County Youth Apprenticeship Coordinator. Baumann will be responsible for continuing the development and growth of the Youth Apprenticeship Program in Door County through each of the five school districts. She’ll also create partnerships and student opportunities with the local business community. The ARYAC is currently ranked third in the state. 

“I am so blessed to be back in a community that I love, and for the opportunity to assist the youth of Door County in finding their passion and turning it into a career,” Baumann said. 

Baumann previously worked with students in Door County as a Certified Athletic Trainer as well as in the Milwaukee area working as a Program Director at ATI Physical Therapy.
