Bay Property Services Members Receive CMCA

Bryan Kuehn and Alan Duessler of Bay Property Services of Door County LLC have earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB). The board administers the CMCA examination, a rigorous test that measures knowledge of community management best practices.

Bay Property Services of Door County LLC provides administrative, operational, accounting and managerial services to community associations and their boards. Its staff is responsible for managing daily operations, cash flow and budgets, coordinating association personnel and contractors, as well as monitoring compliance with association governing documents.

Duessler and Kuehn have collectively more than 23 years of management experience, entirely in Door County. They have been employed at Bay Property Services for several years learning the business operations in preparation for the transition of ownership, which is scheduled to take place in the fall of 2017.
