Bay Ship Announces 2018 Winter Fleet Departures

Fincantieri Bay Shipbuilding has released the following tentative schedule of winter fleet departures. The Roger Blough and Cason J. Callaway are scheduled to leave March 23. Two 1,000-footers will depart on March 24, the Stewart J. Cort and Mesabi Miner. The 728-foot Joseph L. Block is also scheduled to leave March 24. The John G. Munson will leave March 26. April 3 is the departure date for the barge James L. Kuber, the tug Victory and Robert S. Pierson. The Bright Star is set to leave April 12, followed by the Evening Star on April 19, Wilfred Sykes on April 22, and the largest of the group, the 1,013-footer Paul R. Tregurtha is scheduled for a May 18 departure.
