Baylake Names New Board Member

The Baylake Corp. Board of Directors announced the appointment of Bill Murphy to serve as a member of the Board of Directors for Baylake Corp. and Baylake Bank. It is expected that he will be nominated for election to a full term on the Board at the Baylake Corp. 2015 annual shareholders meeting. “We are very pleased to announce that Mr. Murphy will join the Baylake Corp. and Baylake Bank Board of Directors,” said Robert W. Agnew, co-chairman of the Baylake Corp. Board of Directors, as well as chairman for the nominating committee. “We believe Bill will make an outstanding contribution to our board and the bank.”
