Beer and Brat Garden Tour Comes to Sturgeon Bay July 31-Aug. 8

Discover Wisconsin and Sprecher Brewing Company have partnered to bring the “Discover Wisconsin Beer and Brat Garden Tour,” a mobile beer garden experience, to Sturgeon Bay July 31 through Aug. 8.

Martin Park, located on the corner of Oregon Street and Third Avenue, will be the home of the traveling beer garden July 31 through August 6. The garden will move to Madison Avenue on Aug. 7 for the new “Maritime on Madison” street festival taking place Aug. 8.

“Sturgeon Bay was selected as one of four cities in Wisconsin to showcase this traveling experience and we couldn’t be happier that it was,” stated Pam Seiler, Executive Director of the Sturgeon Bay Visitor Center. “Sturgeon Bay has really become a premier destination in Door County and organizations like Sprecher and Discover Wisconsin are starting to take notice.”

The tour features a repurposed fire truck and ambulance that serve as a beer wagon and food truck. Trigg’s brats and hot dogs will be available along with Bavarian pretzels, beer popcorn, beer chips, Sprecher root beer, and of course, numerous Sprecher brews.
