Belgian Heritage Center Hosts Booyah and Bread Event

Belgian booyah and bread will be served at the Belgian Heritage Center on April 14, 11 am – 2 pm, to benefit the Center in its mission to preserve and promote the area’s culture, history and architecture.

At this event, people may have their historic photographs from the Belgian community scanned. Digital copies of these photographs will become part of the Center’s collection and used for displays as well as genealogical and historical research.

The menu includes booyah, bread, dessert and a beverage. The cost is $8 for adults, $4 for children and children age 3 or under are free. Attendees may bring containers for carry-out.
