Birch Creek to Host Breast Cancer Recovery Retreat

Breast Cancer Recovery will host an Infinite Boundaries Retreat for Women Living with Breast Cancer on Oct. 10 – 13 at Birch Creek in Egg Harbor. This retreat is open to women with any stage of breast cancer.

Participants will learn and practice stress reduction strategies such as mindfulness breathing and guided imagery; discussions on difficult feelings and how to live life fully; relaxation exercises; and enjoying delicious, healthy meals in a beautiful and safe environment.

The cost to attend is $1,500. Due to generous donors, all women receive a scholarship of $1,100. Each participant is asked to pay a $400 registration fee, with $150 of that being a nonrefundable deposit.
