Bird City Algoma Committee Members Looking for Photos for Migratory Bird Day Celebration

Bird City Algoma committee members are looking for bird photos for their annual International Migratory Bird Day celebration, to be held April 18 at the Algoma Youth Club. They welcome amateur, professional, semi-professional and student photographers in Door and Kewaunee counties to capture photos of birds in their yards, along the shoreline, in a tree or somewhere else in the county of their residence.

Email high-quality photos to [email protected] by April 4, 2020. All photos must be identified with the name of the bird, the date when and the location where the photo was taken, and the photographer’s name.

All photos will be displayed in a slide presentation at the Bird City Algoma event. Permission is needed before any submitted photos can be posted on the Bird City Algoma website. To learn more, call Sue Hepp at 920.487.3310.
