Bits and Bites: Winter Market in Baileys Harbor

Baileys Harbor will host a winter farm market Dec. 17, 10 am – 2 pm, at the town hall. The market features 14 vendors selling food, crafts, books and more, and Door County Kraut Co. will offer a wide assortment of scratch-made Christmas cookies, baked goods and heat-and-eat items.

The Baileys Harbor Town Hall is located at 2392 Cty F.

Hügel Haus Reopens

After a monthlong break for building maintenance, Hügel Haus reopened Dec. 15. The restaurant at 11934 Hwy 42 in Ellison Bay will be open limited evenings the next three weekends to serve German specialties, cocktails and distinctive beers in its cozy confines on the hill.
