Wild Tomato’s February Donation Creation

This month’s Donation Creation features beer-infused wild-boar sausage with onion jam, potatoes, bacon, rosemary and arugula salad on a bed of mustard aioli. Proceeds from this month’s Donation Creation will go to the Door County Medical Center Auxiliary. 

Kitchen Barons Delivers

New to Sturgeon Bay is Brad Hunsader’s new venture, Kitchen Barons Ghost Kitchen. Operating out of 23 W. Oak St., Kitchen Barons has a tight menu featuring nachos, pizza, tacos and more, all available for pickup or delivery.

A Well-Deserved Winter Break

Julie’s Park Cafe closed for a winter break Feb. 14, with plans to reopen in May. Likewise, Trixie’s and Wickman House had their last nights of the season Feb. 15 after a winter of offering creative menus and takeout.
