Bjorklunden Hosts a Concert of Chamber and Solo Music

Lawrence University’s Bjِrklunden will host a concert on April 29 at 1:30 pm. The Lawrence University Trombone Ensemble, Tuba-Euphonium Ensemble, and Low Brass Ensemble will perform a concert of chamber and solo music under the direction of Lawrence professors Marty Erickson (tuba-euphonium) and Nick Keelan (trombone). The program will include pieces by Strauss, Kazik, Bach, Holst, and Lawrence horn professor James DeCorsey.

This free concert is sponsored by the Boynton Society and will be held in Bjorklunden’s Vail Hall. Entrance to the Bjِrklunden lodge is located on Highway 57, south of Baileys Harbor, across from Anschutz Plumbing.
