Blueberry & Kale Smoothie for Heart Health

1 frozen banana

2-4 kale leaves (spinach or other dark leafy greens)

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 Tbls. honey, agave or 1/2 tsp. Stevia (optional)

1 cup filtered water

1 tsp. Chia seeds or 2 Tbsp. walnuts
