Boaters’ Safety Course at NWTC June 10-13

Anyone born after Jan. 1, 1989, must have a DNR-issued Boating Safety Certificate to legally operate a motorized boat or personal watercraft on Wisconsin waters.
A boaters’ safety course will be simulcast between NWTC locations in Sturgeon Bay and Sister Bay June 10-13, 1-4 pm, to cover topics including required equipment, navigation rules, use of charts and electronics, water-sports safety, personal watercraft and more. A parent or guardian should accompany those younger than 15 to ensure successful completion of the class.
The registration fee is $20; advance registration is required and can be made by calling Lou Pasquesi at 920.421.2214 or Bob DeNoto at 920.493.0287.
