Bowl for Big Brothers Big Sisters, March 9

Big Brothers Big Sisters invites the community to Bowl for Kids’ Sake during its signature fundraiser on March 9 at Apple Valley Lanes. The 18th annual event takes participants to “Infinity and Beyond!” with an outer-space theme that encourages teams to dress as their favorite outer-space icon.

Company and team sponsorships combine with pledges raised by individual bowlers to generate funds that support programming and youth mentoring.Bowlers will receive two free games of bowling nine pin tap, shoes, ball rental, food, a T-shirt and chances to win prizes and bucket raffles. Two shifts of teams will bowl at 3 and 6 pm. Each bowler collects a minimum of $75 in pledges, or a team of five collects a minimum of $375.
