Boys & Girls Club of Door County Announces Dates for World Fair and Inaugural Egg Hunt

The Boys and Girls Club of Door County host its 2nd annual World Fair as well as an inaugural Egg Hunt Eggstravaganza, both in March.

The World Fair will be held on Friday, March 11, from 5-6:30 pm, corresponding with National Boys & Girls Club Week, while the Egg Hunt Eggstravaganza will take place on Saturday, March 26. “These events provide an opportunity for us to open our doors to the community,” said Boys & Girls Club of Door County CEO Julie Davis. “It is a chance for people to see the national award-winning programming our club is offering, and our fun, free events for families.”

The Eggstravaganza Egg Hunt will be open to all ages. Children 4k and below will start their hunt at 10 am, with kindergarten through second grade following at 10:45 am. Third through fifth grade members will be allowed to hunt for eggs at 11:30 am and a special glow in the dark egg hunt for middle school students will take place at 12:15 pm. Throughout the day, there will be other craft activities and games for kids to participate in, along with a visit from the Easter Bunny.
