Breast Cancer Support Group Meets in May

The Art of Healing – a free, virtual art-therapy support group for women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer – will meet for four Thursdays, May 5-26, 7-8:15 pm. Artistic skill is not needed to benefit from this group.

The Sue Baldwin Fund is sponsoring – and Jodi Rose Gonzales is facilitating – the group, during which participants will use creativity, art-journal prompts, discussion and mindfulness exercises to foster healing, connection and community-building. Art-supply kits will be distributed before the first session. There is no charge to join the group or receive the art kits.
