Breathwork Presentation at Saguaro Day Spa

Lynn Schuster will present “Breathing Love Into Forgiveness Through Breathwork” at Saguaro Day Spa on Aug. 14, 10 am – 5 pm.

Breathwork is a transformational process promoting deep and profound healing affecting the spiritual, emotional, mental and physical bodies.

In this workshop participants will: receive guidance about decisions to release physical pain in your body; feel, experience, and clear past emotions that are causing a suppression of your spirit; retrieve memories of unresolved pain from this lifetime and others; receive insights into soul patterns and soul missions; and experience the feeling of living from your spirit, your authentic self.
