Brian Stillwater Makes Repeat Trip to Pine Ridge Reservation

For the fourth time, Door County resident Brian Stillwater of Stillwater’s by the Bay in Fish Creek will drive to the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota loaded with coats and blankets.

The Door County Team of Thrivent Financial is supporting Stillwater in this endeavor. Grace Rossman of Thrivent said, “It is inspiring to see one person make such a big difference in the lives of people in need. We need more of that.”

The Thrivent office, located at 160 S. Madison Avenue in Sturgeon Bay, will accept winter clothing, coats, blankets, and electric heaters to help fill Stillwater’s truck and trailer.

The collection drive ends with an open house at Thrivent Financial on Oct. 29.
