Wisconsin born professional player, Steve Stricker recently won the John Deere Classic with an incredible final score of 26 under. In doing so, he set the tournament’s 36-hole record. He also set a PGA record – what is it?

Answer: Stricker set the PGA’s 54-hole record.

Winner: Mary Lardinois of Sturgeon Bay.

Stricker came out firing at the John Deere Classic held July 9 – 12. With incredible first three-day scores of 60, 66, and 62, Sticker set the PGA tour’s 54-hole record – the lowest total score of three consecutive days of play.
