Cadence Inc. and Murrock Yard Maintenance Expanding at Industrial Park

Murrock Yard Maintenance company will expand their space at the Industrial Park.

The City of Sturgeon Bay recently sold an additional lot in the Industrial Park to Murrock Yard Maintenance company, to facilitate the expansion of the business. The three-quarter-acre parcel is adjacent to Murrock’s current building on Keel Court and will be the site for their new 7,000-square-foot building, which will serve as a place to separate seasonal equipment and supplies when needed. The company also plans to increase employment by three jobs as a result of the facility expansion.

On Neenah Street, construction continues on the 62,000 square foot new building for Cadence, Inc. The medical device manufacturing company expects to begin moving into the new facility in March.
