The Door County Economic Development Corp. assisted Pro Products, Inc. acquire from the city the adjacent 2.74 acre parcel to their new 40,000 square foot facility in the Sturgeon Bay Industrial Park. They will be immediately constructing a new 5,625 square foot warehouse building to replace warehouse space in the current building that will be converted to manufacturing production use. The Sturgeon Bay Industrial Park is now listed as a Gigabit business park in the state’s database of available buildings and sites. The park is served by fiber from both Charter and Nsight. Cadence Inc. will host a ribbon cutting for their new 62,000 square foot facility at 1425 S. Neenah Ave. on Tuesday, July 26, at 10 am, followed by a plant tour and reception. The event coincides with the Virginia-based Cadence’s Board of Directors meeting in Sturgeon Bay to see their newest plant.
