Caravan Gypsy Swing Ensemble Will Rock Fishstock July 21

Caravan Gypsy Swing Ensemble – now on tour promoting its CD The Waiting Game – will perform as part of the Fishstock Music Series on July 21, 7 pm. 

The ensemble is a Madison-based world-traveling, instrumental, acoustic-jazz group that finds its influences in the legendary Roma gypsy jazz guitarist Django Reinhardt, American jazz, European folk music, traditional Latin, Parisian waltz and other vintage-jazz sources. Expect a range of tunes from the “hot swing” repertoire, originals and standards played with the group’s own arrangements.The concert will be in the Fishstock barn, 3127 County Road F in Fish Creek.
