Celebrate Women Luncheon Held Virtually

The Women’s Fund of Door County will present its annual Celebrate Women! luncheon virtually on Oct. 21, 11 am. Dr. Betsy Morgan will give the keynote address, “Trauma and Grief While Being Hopeful for the Future.” The celebration will include a gallery of “sheroes” – Door County Women and Girls modeling their best through this challenging year.

The luncheon raises funds for sustainability grants that support non-profits serving local women and girls. The spring 2020 grant cycle responded to the pressing needs of women and girls to help them survive these exceptionally difficult times. Challenges will continue as economists see the pandemic hitting women harder. Past grantee recipients will also be featured during this year’s celebration.
