Challenge Walk MS is This Weekend

From Sept. 24 to 26, more than 150 people will walk up to 50 miles throughout Door County to support the National Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society, and together, they’re expected to raise more than $300,000.

The annual Challenge Walk MS: Door County will kick off Sept. 24, 8 am, at Clark Park in Fish Creek, continue through Peninsula State Park and end at Rowleys Bay Resort. Saturday’s route starts and ends at Rowleys Bay Resort, heading northwest through Ellison Bay and Gills Rock. Sunday’s route begins at Rowleys Bay Resort and ends with the Final Mile walk through Sister Bay and celebration lunch at Sister Bay Beach.

Challenge Walk MS helps to fund cutting-edge research to cure MS and empower those who are affected by it to live their best lives. The series has three walks nationwide: in Door County, Cape Cod and Southern California.
