This white blend from the Bordeaux region in southwestern France is a nice combination of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon.
Appearance: clear pale yellow in color
Aroma: hints of gardenias and thyme in the nose
Flavors: the floral aspect carries to the palate with just a touch of white pepper
Finishing Notes: round and bright mineral come through on the long, pleasant finish
Perfect Pairing: A stand-up summer wine, great for any fresh shellfish or lighter style fish such as a grilled halibut
