Christ Child Society Receives Women’s Fund Grant

Christ Child Society accepted a grant from the Women’s Fund of the Door County Community Foundation for their Layette Program. This program distributes layettes to mothers of newborn babies in Door County who are in need of assistance. Group members collect and assemble a detailed selection of handmade and purchased items for each layette.

The primary fundraiser for the Christ Child Society is the annual fashion show and luncheon; this year’s fundraiser is slated for Aug. 7.
