“Circle Mirror Transformation” at Ephraim Village Hall

Isadoora Theatre presents Circle Mirror Transformation at the Ephraim Village Hall May 25 – 27.

Circle Mirror Transformation by Annie Baker gives audiences a front row seat to an amateur drama class with surprising enrollment. The class is filled with eccentric characters and the play uses the lens of this class to explore how the artificial intimacy of the acting class substantially shaped their lives.

Four of the featured actors are Isadoora veterans. Most recently, Anne St. Henry was in the February production of Striking 12. Edward DiMaio was last seen in Waiting for Lefty and Chris Milton played several roles in the production of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. John Wilson will act in addition to directing the play, and last appeared in the 2008 production of Sideman.

Elizabeth Fahrenkrug is an Isadoora newcomer, but has been on the Door County stage before, most recently in Third Avenue Playhouse’s For Kids By Kids production of The Best Christmas Pageant Ever.

Friday and Saturday performances begin at 7:30 pm and Sunday’s matinee begin at 2 pm. Tickets are $14 for adults and $10 for students. Tickets may be purchased at the door or reserved by calling 920.493.DOOR (cash or check only).
