Classes and Events at Artists Guild

The August 27 session of Tuesdays with Jen at Artists Guild is “Glass Jar Painting.” Students will use glass paints to make a simple jar into a one-of-a-kind vessel, vase or votive to take home. The class meets from 10 am – 12 pm and costs $25 per person, all materials included.

The popular “Bottle & Brush” meets Aug. 28 from 6:15 – 8:15 pm. Jen Aldrich will guide students through looking at an acrylic painting and creating their version with easy step-by-step instructions. Students may bring a beverage to enjoy. Cost is $35 per student, all materials included.

September’s Life Drawing Guild will begin on September 3 and run for four Tuesdays from 6:15 – 8:15 pm. Participants bring their own materials and draw from a live model. The session is non-instructed; all levels from beginner to advanced are welcome. The price is $40 for the four-week session or $20 per evening for drop-ins. High school and college students pay $8 a night with prior approval.
