Clipper Boys Golfers Win at Little River

Sturgeon Bay’s boys golf team won another Packerland Conference match Tuesday at the Little River Country Club near Marinette.

The Clippers once again were the only team to have their top-four players average under 50 strokes for the nine holes with the top combined score of 167, followed by Southern Door (203), Peshtigo (204), Sevastopol (216), Gibraltar (220), Oconto (226) and Kewaunee (230).

Peshtigo’s Grant Bauman carded the top individual score of 34, followed by Sturgeon Bay’s Isaak Aune (38) and Tre Weinke (39), Southern Door’s Finley Lavine (40) and Sturgeon Bay’s Porter Rabach (43) rounding out the top five.
