Clippers Shut Out Valders in Girls Soccer

Sturgeon Bay’s girls soccer team did all the scoring Tuesday when the Clippers defeated Valders, 8-0, at Clark Field. 

Alexis Olson recorded a hat trick for Sturgeon Bay. Annika Olson added two goals, while Scarlet Serafico, Yarrow Goettleman and Shambo Wienke scored a goal apiece.

Because the Clippers were in front by eight goals, the game ended in the 60th minute under the mercy rule.

Sturgeon Bay goalkeeper Isabella Jimenez Sefyer made one save in the shutout victory

The Clippers, who improved to 6-4-2, next host NEW Lutheran on Thursday at 5 pm.
