Co-working Space Available in Sister Bay

The NWTC Learning and Innovation Center, in partnership with Nicolet National Bank, provides state-of-the-art resources to support a growing economy and vibrant quality of life in Northern Door. This includes supporting business start-ups and innovation by renting co-working space: temporary, shared office areas for entrepreneurs, freelancers, those who work from home, and visitors. These spaces provide a productive, functional, affordable and comfortable work environment that’s conducive to collaboration and mutual support.

Amenities include unlimited Wi-Fi; use of a scanner, printer and copiers (fees apply); dry-erase boards; a microwave and small refrigerator; shared office supplies; meeting rooms available by reservation; free parking; coffee; and access to a vending machine. Renters provide their own cell phones, laptops and headphones. No personal equipment or materials may be left overnight. Located at 2438 S. Bay Shore Drive in Sister Bay, the center is close to downtown, retail outlets and business-support services.

A basic day pass, which includes weekday access during the center’s normal hours, is $19. Plan 1 includes weekday access during normal hours and use of any open table for 10 days per month (first-come, first-served) for $49 per month. Plan 2 includes 24/7 access to the center and use of any open table up to 15 days per month (first-come, first-served) for $119 per month.
