Coldwell Banker Sales Signal Uptick in Real Estate Market

Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group recently became the first real estate company since 2007 to exceed the $50 million mark in real estate sales (according to the Door County Multiple Listing Service statistics). Since its consolidation with four other Door County real estate offices in 2008-2009, Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group has become a strong player in the Door County market.

Jamie Sanger, Regional Manager of Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group, said of the company’s achievement, “We exceeded our production goals just before Thanksgiving with the sale of a property on Lakeview Road in Ellison Bay and ended the year with an all time high of $58.9 million in sales which signals an uptick in the Door County real estate market.”
