Coming Up

• Write On, Door County!, an initiative to promote writing in Door County, will meet on Tuesday, Oct. 9 at the Door Community Auditorium from 9 to 11 am with small group sessions from 11 am to noon.

• The Town of Sevastopol will hold a 2013 budget work session at 6 pm on Oct. 11 at the Sevastopol Town Hall. Residents and property owners are invited to attend and participate.

• Washington Island Schools first parent-teacher conferences of the year will take place on Oct. 25.
