Communicating with Candidates

Door County’s League of Women Voters is sponsoring “Tips for Communicating with Elected Officials” on Oct. 16, 5 – 6:30 pm, in the Chamber’s Room at the Door County Government Center. Effective communication with elected representatives isn’t just voicing opinions through phone calls, emails, letters to the editor, or media releases. Rob Burke, UW Extension Services, and Shirley Senarighi, DC Civility Project, will share quick tips on how best to be heard by elected officials.
