The City of Sturgeon Bay invites public input on its Comprehensive Plan Update at a community vision workshop on Nov. 20, 6-8 pm, at the Sturgeon Bay High School Commons, 1230 Michigan St. The comprehensive plan serves as a blueprint for the city’s short- and long-range growth, redevelopment and preservation and is used as a policy guide to help make decisions.
The workshop’s primary goal is to provide a forum for residents to express their vision for Sturgeon Bay’s future. Participants will be asked to share ideas about how the community could evolve during the next 20 years and what issues need to be addressed in the planning process. A public survey will also be available to those who cannot attend. Access the survey on the city’s website starting Nov. 20.
