Community Relations Director Hired

United Way of Door County recently announced the appointment of a new staff member, Christine Reetz, to fill the vacated position of Community Relations Director. Primary responsibilities of the position are marketing and fundraising.

Reetz brings a BBA in Marketing from Loyola University of Chicago, along with career experience in marketing and advertising spanning 15 years. In addition, she has been an active volunteer for the United Way of Door County for the past nine years, which includes serving as Campaign Co-Chair in 2002.

Reetz stated, “In the best interest of a non-profit organization such as the United Way, I am looking forward to creating some innovative marketing partnerships between the United Way and Door County businesses. These partnerships will exist to strengthen community relationships and to promote fiscal growth for everyone involved.”
