    The Women’s Fund of Door County is pleased to announce the 2015 Spring Grant awards; the three recipients are Altrusa Club of Door County, Lakeshore CAP and Southern Door School District.

    Thrivent Financial and Door County Habitat for Humanity hosted an event to help a homeowner upgrade their home and neighborhood through a partnership program called Thrivent Builds Repairs.

  • Unity to Participate in Medicare Care Choices Model

    Unity has been selected to participate in the Medicare Care Choices Model. The model provides Medicare beneficiaries who qualify for coverage under the Medicare Hospice Benefit and dually eligible beneficiaries who qualify for the Medicaid Hospice Benefit the option to elect to receive supportive care services typically provided by hospice and continue to receive curative services at the same time.
