Congratulations Eileen and Dennis Mayborne

In a world so full of selfishness,
where caring and giving doth lack.
It’s refreshing to find a pair like this.
With a focus to simply give back.

Been volunteers for the last three years,
whether ushering, selling or driving those carts.
It would be a challenge for any of us
to find two people with bigger hearts.

They were hesitant to be selected for this.
Said, “You know Piks, there’s a hundred like us.
We enjoy the work and were hooked on the shows.
So we don’t quite understand all the fuss.”

I know you two give hours to your church,
in addition to the theater in the park.
You’ve set an example – big shoes to fill,
long after the stage lights grow dark.
