Jave has quite a history in the county.
Her week at Helsinki consumes many hours.
During her “off time” she’s at Fine Line Designs
Or keeping bees between her “veggies” and flowers.

She loves her sailing as much as serving.
Her life’s so active and that’s no lie.
I was quite lucky to get this photo,
For she’s extremely quiet and shy.

She’s full speed ahead at every shift,
Says her job here needs no bright lights or new trends.
With fine food on top of good service,
Returning customers become new friends.
