The Red Putter Pro Tournament was held August 3 at The Red Putter Miniature Golf in North Ephraim. Seventy-one golfers competed for a $2,000 first prize and the coveted Red Jacket.

After three rounds of play Matthew Mccaslin, of Raleigh, N.C., and Astra Miglane Stanwyck, of Cederburg, Wisc., were tied for first place. After a sudden death playoff that lasted three holes, Mccaslin scored a hole-in-one on #3, The Badger Hole, to take the top prize. Mccaslin and Stanwyck also tied for best single game with a score of 32.

Nick Kwaterski, of Sister Bay, took home the third place trophy, adding to his collection of Red Putter trophies.

After the tournament, golfers immediately started thinking ahead to next year and trying to qualify for the 2014 Pro Tournament, scheduled for August 2.
