This guy does a little bit of everything,
From kitchen prepping to lighting the fire.
He’s a bartender, a host and a greeter.
If you had a flat, he’d change your tire.

He’s been here since way back in ‘98.
Loves the restaurant’s pressure and its pace.
If you’ve been here once or many times;
He remembers your drink to match your face.

He puts in hours that can’t be counted;
Sometimes stresses on a busy night.
