The 2023 Congressional Art Competition is open to all high school students who live in or attend school in Wisconsin’s 8th District. All eligible art will appear April 25 – May 14 in an exhibition at Appleton’s Trout Museum of Art and be judged by an independent panel of local artists.
The first-place selection will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol building for one year, and the next two runners-up will have their artwork displayed in Rep. Mike Gallagher’s Washington, D.C., and district offices.
Find the rules and entry forms at gallagher.house.gov/services/art-competition. All art and the required forms must be in Gallagher’s district office in De Pere by April 20, 4 pm.
