Contestants Announced for 2017’s Miss Door County and Outstanding Teen

The Miss Door County Scholarship Program has announced the contestants for Miss Door County 2017 and Miss Door County’s Outstanding Teen 2017. The pageant will be held Feb. 4 at the Southern Door Community Auditorium. This year’s participants for Miss Door County are: Ashley Kinnard-Carstens, NWTC student and daughter of Jessica Ebel and Robert Carstens of Sturgeon Bay; Susan Fochs, UW-Oshkosh student and daughter of Donald and Barbara Fochs of Egg Harbor; Rachel Coulthurst, Southern Door senior and daughter of Greg and Christine Coulthurst of Sturgeon Bay; Olivia Mancheski-Thompson, Southern Door senior and daughter of Ann Mancheski and Sherman Thompson of Sturgeon Bay; and Ashton Spritka, Sturgeon Bay senior and daughter of Wayne and Naomi Spritka of Sturgeon Bay.

The four young women competing for Miss Door County’s Outstanding Teen are: Lexi Henkel, Sevastopol student and daughter of Eric and Tammy Henkel of Sturgeon Bay; Emma Jeanquart, Southern Door student and daughter of Joel and Nanine Jeanquart of Sturgeon Bay; Zoe-Rose Kuehn, Sevastopol student and daughter of Bryan and Jamie Kuehn of Sturgeon Bay; and Alexis Lessman, Gibraltar freshman and daughter of Jason and Laura Lessman of Ellison Bay.
