The Cookery is kicking off its 2017 live music line-up with Deathfolk on May 6 at 3:30 pm. Deathfolk is Jess Holland and Nick Hoover, local favorites who play old-timey folk music peppered with tight harmonies.
For Mother’s Day weekend, Girls of Small Forest will play May 13 at 6 pm. Mother/daughter duo Marybeth Mattson and Jeanne Kuhns will play original folk rock.
The music will be in The Cookery’s wine bar. In addition to the full menu, the happy hour menu is also available from 3 to 6 pm, which includes specials on tap beer, glasses of wine and appetizers. There is no cover charge.
