Cornils Stables Reunion

Former employees of the Cornils Riding Stables, which used to be on the southwest corner of State Hwy 42 and County A, are gathering for a reunion Sept. 13 – 14. The reunion begins at 11 am with registration and lunch at the Arroyo Bay Grill, Fish Creek.

The group will then visit the stables and Cornils Dairy Farm properties before visiting the grave of stable owner “Uncle” Ted Cornils at Ephraim Moravian Cemetery. On the 14th, the group will visit the Jauregui ranch on County A for a ground training and riding demonstration.
