Corpus Christi Fellowship Committee to Host a Walk for A Cause

The Corpus Christi Fellowship Committee will host a Walk for A Cause, taking place at Corpus Christi Catholic Church on Saturday, May 6, from 8 to 10 am. The Sturgeon Bay Catholic Community and Corpus Christi Parish are sponsoring a 1- or 3-mile Walk for a Cause for Leukemia. The money raised will benefit the Go Bo Foundation. The Go Bo Foundation supports funding and research for the MACC Fund, state-of the-art treatment in a child-friendly environment at the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, and assists families of Door County through their assistance program. The foundation is in memory of Bo Johnson. Registration forms are available at the Corpus Christi Parish Office and on the parish web site. The forms must be received by May 1. Event day registrations will be available. The 1- or 3-mile walk begins at 8 am from the social hall, but is a staggered start, so come and walk any time from 8-10. Refreshments will be provided.
