Correction: DC’s First Motel

In the July 9 edition of the Peninsula Pulse (v16i16) there was an error in the article “Second Act.” The article said the motel that Herbi Hardt owned between Fish Creek and Ephraim was built by his father-in-law, when in fact it was built by Door County native Alvin Ohman in 1951. We regret the error.
