County Cancels Remaining COVID 19 Community Testing Clinics

Door County and the Wisconsin National Guard are canceling the  three remaining scheduled COVID 19 testing drive thru clinics that were planned through early March.  The dates that will be affected are as follows: February 22, March 1, and March 8. 

The clinics have been canceled due to the drop in demand for the service. 

Door County had been partnering with the Wisconsin National Guard to provide this service  since October of 2020 on a weekly recurring basis in both Sister Bay and Sturgeon Bay. Testing numbers have slowly declined since the start of the new year. This trend is consistent across all areas within Wisconsin and not just Door County.  

Testing will still be available in Door County through Door County Medical Center Monday  through Friday from 8 am – 4:30 pm.
